How a Horse Constellation Works
Horse Constellations combine Family Constellation work with the spontaneous participation of horses. You begin with a personal issue, question, relationship, or situation you would like to explore. Representatives are then chosen to stand for people or other elements connected with the issue, and the constellation develops from what emerges.
The horses are present throughout the process and are free to participate or not. They are never assigned roles or directed to behave in a particular way. A horse may approach a representative, stand beside someone, move between people, withdraw, or draw attention to a particular part of the constellation. Their responses can make relationships and dynamics visible in a remarkably direct way.
Each person who books a Horse Constellation receives their own individual constellation. Everyone attending also participates as a representative in other people’s work, so the day is both a personal experience and a shared process. No previous experience with horses or Family Constellations is necessary, and all work with the horses takes place on the ground.
The weekend can be attended on Saturday, Sunday, or both days. There are four Horse Constellation places available each day.

A 5-hour training to expand your capacity to lead, listen, and untangle hidden dynamics.
Have you ever felt the call to facilitate a constellation, but hesitated?
You may be asking, What if I say the wrong thing? What if I can’t see clearly? These concerns only indicate your heart is in the right place. With a little practice, you too can step into the role of guide and messenger for others.
Facilitation is the art of observing the obvious again and again. But observing the obvious isn't easy. We need to strengthen our listening comprehension skills and this takes practice. With the willingness to be curious, notice the obvious, and to speak with clarity and compassion, you can navigate the mysteries of the Knowing Field.
This intensive offers a safe, intimate space to hone the fundamental skills of Constellation facilitation. We will practice listening without judgment, responding naturally, and meeting a person where they are to deliver a message effectively.

Come sit around our backyard fireplace under the open sky, and study the art of facilitation with us. You will learn through guided exercises, demonstrations, and mini-constellations designed to strengthen your confidence to hold space for others and investigate a struggle to a lasting resolution.

In this Constellations weekend retreat, we gently explore those hidden bonds to release ourselves from what isn’t ours to carry. There will be enough time for everyone to have a personal Constellation. Lunch and snacks are included.
Group Workshop Inherited Trauma & Family Constellations with Bruce & Leah Kalish, MA
In our Family Constellation workshop, we gather in a circle in service to the health of ourselves, our families and humanity. We use our issues as doorways to seeing the unconscious entanglements that perpetuate suffering. Once revealed, these entanglements can be unraveled and differentiated from such that we can individuate and choose to express and align with the good and strengths of our family systems rather than the traumas. When past traumas and feelings are identified and the impact understood, you gain insight and compassion. You see what happened and how your family members were affected. You also see that what happened was never personal and that the story you have had about it only limits you. In holding it differently, the cycle of suffering can stop. New possibilities arise and you are free to do life differently.

Horse Constellation Day with Sara Fancy at Silver Horse
Join Sara and the Silver Horse herd for a day of Horse Constellations at Silver Horse.
Only four Horse Constellation places are available for this event.
Horse Constellations offer a way to explore a personal, family, relationship, or life issue with the horses taking part in the process. Each person who books a Horse Constellation receives their own individual constellation during the day. Other participants take part as representatives, and you will also have the opportunity to represent in other people’s constellations.
You begin by bringing an issue or question you would like to explore. Representatives are chosen to stand for the people or elements involved, and the constellation develops from there. The horses are free to respond to what is happening around them and often draw attention to relationships, tensions, or dynamics that were not previously visible. Their responses can bring a very direct and immediate dimension to the work.
You do not need any previous experience with horses or Family Constellations.
